The film 'Born a King' on the life of Shah Faisal is on display from 26 September

The King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies has announced the release of the international film 'Born a King' from Thursday 26 September at cinemas in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States.
 King Faisal bin Abdul Aziz's tour in 1919 is a joint production of Britain's film 'Born as King', Saudi Arabia, Britain and Spain. The photography was administered by the Oscar-winning Spanish producer Anders Gomez in Riyadh and London.

















The story of the film is written by Saudi author Badr al-Samasari. They are co-authored by British authors Rey Lauriga and Henry Fritz Burt.
 This historical film covers important aspects of Shah Faisal's early life. From the birth of Shah Faisal in 1906 to his return from England in 1920. The first important diplomatic trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been described.
13-year-old young Prince Faisal met King George V of England and other personalities, including Winston Churchill, Lawrence of Arabia and Foreign Secretary Lord Curzon.
Vox Cinemas will screen the film in Saudi Arabia's theaters while the film will be distributed in collaboration with other theater companies in the country and in the Gulf.







 Spanish film producer Anders Gomez said that 'there was a long desire to work on this project. After meeting Prince Turkey al-Faisal in 2015, this dream has turned into reality. '
The film is attended by internationally renowned actors as well as international film makers. A Saudi boy has played the role of King Faisal's childhood.
Remember that King Faisal was the third ruler of Saudi Arabia. His name is still respected in the world of Islam today. He had a special attachment from Pakistan.
