Very Important Points for KMU Admissions 2019 MBBS_BDS
Let us compile all the FAQ's and their answers here. Kindly read it and share with Maximum
(Location Certificate is Required For Backward and FATA in students only ).
1) KMU payment karne k baad ap ka Challan No. 24 hours baad active hota hai, so agar payment k foran baad challan No. enter karne pe ap ko (Record Not Found) ka message aye tu there is no need to worry about.
agar 48 hours tak active na ho tu email queries@kmu.edu.pk with the picture of your Receipt and ask them to fix it.
2) Payment k baad KMU Receipt Copy apne pass rakhen, wo kahen jama karwane ki zarorat nai. (jab ap interview k leye ao tu bring it then).
3) Documents sirf Scan kar ki he submit karne hain Soft form mein.
KPK Domicile holders: ko hard Copies KMU TCS etc karne ki zarorat nai hai.
FATA Domicile: ap ne apne Documents Home and Tribal Affairs Department KPK ( FATA secretariat Wasrsak Road ) hard Copies submit karne hain. (submit karnay say pehlai apne may PA/commissioner say documents verify kar k attestation karlai. FATA secretariat say ap ko wo verification page mil sakta hai. ).
4) agar ap apna login Bhul gaye ho tu (login Page Open kar k https://kmuadmissions.pk/login) Recover Password through Mobile kar lo.
5) There is No need to submit multiple applications. ap ne agar Open+Self dono mein apply karna hai tu, Open ki Choices and Self ki Choices dono de den. (Alag Alag form jama karne ki zaroraat nai hai (Common sense).
6) Jab Ap only Open OR Open+Self dono ki Choices dete ho tu form complete karne k baad, ap ki Payment Slip generate hoti hai. Rs. 3000 only. (Why you are depositing double fee ?? Common sense ?)
7) Agar ap se Preferences mein koi ghalti ho gaye hai, tu email on (queries@kmu.edu.pk). they will fix it in 24 hours. Remember Saturday Sunday Off Hota hai.

8) Agar ap ko preview mein FSC part-1 k marks Show ho rahe hain, our FSC part1+2 k marks show nai ho rahe tu
email on (queries@kmu.edu.pk). they will fix it in 24 hours. Remember Saturday Sunday Off Hota hai.

9) Secondary School Certificate (Science /equivalent).
10) Mother Domicile Compulsory nai, so if you don't have just leave that document. (Father Domicile= Compulsory)
11) Mother CNIC Compulsory (incase Father Death), es k bajaye guardian b upload karsaktai hai.
12) Agar Father/Mother ka nahe hey to guardian ka domicile upload kar saktai hai. ( Ap in theno domicile may say kisi aik ko upload karai. ( apnay domicile k ilawa ).
13) Agar Father, mother ya guardian may say kisi ka b domicile nahe hai to sirf apna upload karai.
14) Jo Documents Front Back hote hain. (e.g your CNIC, Un ka sirf Front he Scan kar len ap).

**Last Date is 30 Sept. BUt ap 28 consider karo, k agar koi issue ho tu 2 din ho ap k pass us ko fix karne k leye.
IMPORTANT NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS FROM KMU
1. Candidates not having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are not eligible to apply for admission on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa seats.
2. Select your choice in order of priority from the list of institutions(Medical/Dental Colleges) e.g. AMC = Ayub Medical College, Abbotabad KCD = Khyber College of Dentistry KMC = Khyber Medical College Peshawar GKMC = Gajju Khan Medical College Swabi
3.The candidates applying against Merged Area Districts(Erstwhile FATA) reserved seats in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Dental Colleges as well as elsewhere in Pakistan shall apply only as well as submit a printed copy of admission form along with attached documents in the Home and Tribal Affairs Department, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar whose concerned authorities will verify the documents especially the domicile.
4. The undertaking/agreement must be filled by the candidate on judicial bond of Rs 35/- and should be duly attested by the political agent/ first class magistrate shall be submitted to the college where Admission is offered.
5. Applications should be submitted online via KMU Admission Web link (kmuadmissions.pk) on or before the closing date and time. After due date and time online Application submission process will be closed and will not be entertained for admissions. The process of application submission is totally online and no hard copy of form will be accepted through mails/courier.
6. Applicant must study the admission policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Dental colleges and PM&DC Admissions regulations as amended on 30th May available on KMU website (kmuadmissions.pk) in order to understand the rules and regulations regarding entrance test, admissions procedure, distribution of seats, examination/tuition etc.
7. Domicile, DMC of Fsc (Pre-Medical)/Equivalent examination, SSC and other certificates once uploaded during online application submission process cannot be changed and shall be considered as final. Revision of result or improvement of marks by the board/IBCC after the finalization of merit list shall not affect the merit list of admission of current year in any way. All the above mention certificates issued after the dates fixed for online apply shall not be entertained.
8. Application forms with any false statement by candidate will be rejected.
9. If any certificate submitted by the candidate is found false, or forged during his/her study period, his/her admission shall be cancelled forthwith and he/she shall be blacklisted for admission to any professional colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Further legal action can be taken against the student under the existing criminal laws.
Note: Place of Domicile entered in the online Registration form while registering for ETEA Medical Entrance Test shall be considered as final and cannot be changed for the purpose of Admission.
